Steps to make playing cards

Embossed weave. The weave effect can make the poker look more upscale, and many advertising poker clients want to have the weave effect. The weave machine consists of two parallel steel plates. When the poker paper passes through, the texture on the steel plates is pressed onto the paper to form a weave effect. (The webmaster's explanation: Embossing is the first process, which is the process of processing the paper before the poker is printed.)

Perfume. Some customers need a special fragrance for poker, especially for some food or cosmetic advertising poker.

One die cutting and sorting. Cut 54 cards horizontally into 6 strips (6x9, 54 cards) or 7 strips (7x8, 56) by a die-cutting machine; and then cut lengthwise into 9 strips (6x9, 54 cards) or 8 strips (7x8, 56), and Automatic sorting, forming an arrangement with the big king at the top and the little king at the bottom. At the same time, a quality check is performed. The corners of the poker are still rectangular, not rounded, and the poker is larger than the last 57x87mm.

Secondary die cutting. Put the poker after one die-cutting and sorting into an electric 57x87mm rounded die-cutting knife to form the poker core that finally meets the specifications.

Poker core shrink wrap. The 54 inner cores of a pair of poker are shrink-wrapped with plastic paper through a packaging machine. The inner core is heat-shrinked for easy packaging and moisture-proof. (Webmaster's note: It is usually packed with white shrinkable plastic film, heat shrinking will deform the poker and make it uneven)

Put the poker core into the poker box, heat shrink it, and add golden wire. The golden wire drawing is the same as the wire drawing on the outside of the cigarette box, which makes it easy for users to open. (Webmaster's note: This does not need to be heat-shrinkable, the heat-shrinkable film is not transparent, not bright, and the effect is not good)

Shrink wrap every 10 pairs of cards. Shrink wrap again for easy inventory and also for quick packing into corrugated boxes. (The webmaster's note: 10 in China and 12 in foreign countries corrugated carton packaging). At the same time, inventory, storage, and shipment.
