1️⃣Arrange 54 card poker designs in 6x9 (54) or 7x8 (56) sizes. Because some playing cards need to be printed 55 or 56, the extra 1 or 2 are generally calendars or other advertising information. The paper is also cut to the corresponding size of 6x9 (54) or 7x8 (56).

2️⃣Four-color front and back printing, and quality inspection. After printing, it is necessary to enter the next process after the ink is fully absorbed by the paper according to the ink absorption characteristics of the paper.

3️⃣Filling and drying on the front.

4️⃣Reverse filling and drying. Filling is an important process in the production of poker. The so-called "filling" is to apply a solution mixed with starch and other viscous chemical components to the poker paper evenly by rolling wheels. This is because any paper will always show the symptoms of "unevenness" under the microscope, and poker needs the paper to be very flat to ensure it is smooth enough, and "filling" can make it flat. Because there is water in the slurry, it needs to be dried at a medium and high temperature of 70~80 degrees.

5️⃣Steel roller extrusion. Because the poker paper is thick, it is composed of three or more layers. If it is not squeezed, the front and back of the poker will come off after playing for a long time. Ten years ago, the front and back of domestic poker were often separated, but now this problem has been completely solved in large-scale production plants. The extrusion effect is better after "filling".

6️⃣Glazing. The glazing process refers to coating (or spraying, printing) a layer of colorless and transparent paint on the surface of the printed matter. After leveling, drying, calendering and curing, a thin and uniform transparent bright layer is formed on the surface of the printed matter, which enhances the The smoothness of the surface of the carrier, the finishing of the protection of printed graphics. Function. The glazing process has become an important means of post-press finishing of poker. It not only makes the poker pattern more exquisite, but more importantly, it is an important process to form a moderately smooth hand of the poker. The glazing of the poker should be determined according to the paper.
